You will have your database back within a day.

Yes. Our contract includes a standard confidentiality clause. That said, we will also sign yours if you have one prepared.  For sensitive data, we can also help you perform 'data masking'.  This is the process of turning real data into realistic, but fictious data for testing.

In the case of a repair, you will receive a functioning database without errors.  If the error occurs again in the future, we will fix it for free one additional time.

For assessments, there are multiple possible deliverables.  Please review our Assessment page for a greater explanation.

For enhancements, once we have an agreed upon Scope of Work, you receive exactly that.  We will also install and train your staff to use the new features.

If your database opens and then at some point closes down unexpectedly this is generally due to some broken programming code.  This could be a result of a button that is pushed or some background process that is taking place.  Knowing the timing or the form/report you are in before the crash occurs is extremely important in diagnosing the root cause.  If you suffer from this problem we can help!
