We obtain a copy of your database to run in our lab.
For comprehensive repairs, we will create .zip files of all the .mdb or .accdb Access files in question and those required to set up a test environment in our lab.
We will analyze every component in your database and fix what is broken.
This will include all tables, forms, reports, queries, macros, and VBA programming.
We will demonstrate to you that the error is gone and return a functional database.
A member of our team will walk through the newly repaired application with you and answer any questions you may have. We will also ensure the application is set up properly when we return it to you.
If we cannot fix the problem, your cost is $0.
